Knife Skills - Stir Fry - 6 PM, Thursday, April 3rd, 2025

Take your kitchen skills to the next level with this interactive class focused on essential knife techniques! Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, you'll learn how to chop, slice, and dice like a pro. We’ll start with a lesson on proper knife handling, sharpening, and cutting methods before putting your skills to the test by preparing a delicious homemade meal.

What You’ll Learn:

• Knife safety, handling, and maintenance
• Essential cutting techniques for meats, vegetables, and fruits
• How to improve efficiency and precision in the kitchen
• Practical skills you can apply to everyday cooking

Menu:

• Chicken Stir-Fry (hands-on) After learning how to properly slice and dice; you'll create a classic stir-fry dish with juicy chicken and crisp vegetables sautéed in a flavorful, savory sauce, served over rice
• Ambrosia Salad (hands-on) Learn to make this sweet and refreshing medley of fruit, and creamy dressing

By the end of this class, you'll feel more confident in the kitchen and ready to tackle any recipe with ease. Join us for a fun and educational cooking experience!

• Note - Tickets are sold per person, but be prepared for hands-on cooking in pairs

• Age Recommeded - 12+ (Please note participants under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. This class will use professionally sharpened knives)
