Cooking Class Policies

Due to food prep, planning, and food costs all ticket sales are final, and we have a no refund policy for class tickets. We also do not allow transfers to other classes. If you cannot attend, though, please contact us at info@toastandtable.com to see if there is a waiting list. We also welcome you to send a friend in your place!

All participants are required to agree to and sign a liability waiver prior to participating in a Toast & Table class.

Occasionally, we do reschedule classes due to severe weather if there is concern for travel safety. In the event of a class reschedule, we will communicate through email prior to the class start time. We allow an allotted amount of time to check schedules and if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will provide you with a refund or a Toast & Table gift card in the amount of your purchased class ticket(s). After the allotted time, our standard refund policy on class ticket sales applies.

Toast & Table always has a selection of water, tea, and sodas for all to enjoy. We encourage attendees to bring their preferred beverages. We do not sell, or provide alcohol. We are permitted to allow attendees to bring their own alcohol to be consumed during our classes. Glassware will be provided.

Absolutely no outside food are allowed in the Toast & Table Kitchen area during class. Toast & Table reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they are unwilling to follow this policy.

The menus listed for the classes are developed by the individual chef instructors and cannot be altered prior to class. For hands-on classes, if you choose not to include certain ingredients in your dish that you prepare, that is your choice. Please note if you have a severe nut or gluten allergy, we are not a nut-free nor gluten-free kitchen and cross contamination from other classes cannot be safely avoided. We do occasionally offer classes that are largely gluten-free, these are intended for guests who avoid gluten primarily as a dietary choice.

Please note any dietary concerns at the time of purchasing a class.

All guests are expected to wear clean, appropriate attire to class and maintain a standard level of hygiene during class to include, but not limited to, regular hand washing and/or wearing gloves. Guests with longer than shoulder length hair may be asked to pull their hair back. Toast & Table reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they are unwilling to follow this policy.

Each class will be marked with our age recommendation! If you have any questions about the age of a participant, please feel free to reach out to us at info@toastandtable.com with any questions.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Participants 16 and 17 are welcome to attend without a guardian; however, they will need an adult (someone over the age of 18) to sign our minor waiver for participation prior to start of class.
  • Participants 15 and under are required to attend with an adult with a paid ticket.
