• Creamy Spinach & Cheese Dip (served) – Kick off the evening with a warm, cheesy appetizer prepared by Chef Megan—perfect for dipping and sharing.
• Classic Philly Cheesesteak (hands-on) – Sear tender beef, caramelize onions, and melt gooey cheese over a toasted hoagie roll for an authentic, mouthwatering sandwich.
• Garlic Butter Hasselback Potatoes (hands-on) – Master the technique of creating crispy, golden layers of thinly sliced potatoes infused with garlic butter and fresh herbs.
• Frosty Mint Lemonade (semi-hands-on) – Blend up a refreshing, icy citrus-mint drink to cleanse your palate and compliment your meal.

• Note - Tickets are sold per person, but be prepared for hands-on cooking in pairs
