• Stuffed Mushrooms: (hands-on) Begin with a savory appetizer as you learn to prepare and bake mushrooms filled with a delectable blend of herbs, cheese, and breadcrumbs.
• Filet Mignon and Scallops: (hands-on) Master the art of cooking a perfectly seared Filet and buttery scallops, paired with a luscious pan sauce that’s sure to impress.
• Twice-Baked Potato Soufflé: (hands-on) Elevate the classic potato with this elegant twist, achieving a light and fluffy soufflé bursting with rich flavors.
• Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake: (served) Conclude your evening with an indulgent dessert—a creamy cheesecake topped with velvety chocolate ganache for a sweet finale.
