Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience as our new guest Chef TJ guides you through crafting a sophisticated meal that’s as elegant as it is delicious. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare:  

  • Bruschetta: (hands-on) Start with a classic Italian appetizer featuring toasted bread topped with fresh tomatoes and basil.  
  • Pan-Seared Red Snapper: (hands-on) Master the technique for achieving perfectly crispy skin and tender, flaky fish.  
  • Couscous with Tangy Pepper Sauce: (hands-on) Elevate your dish with fluffy couscous topped with a bold and flavorful pepper sauce.  
  • Citrus-Braised Endive: (demo) Add a touch of elegance with this beautifully balanced side, featuring the bright, zesty flavors of citrus.  
  • Bananas Foster Banana Bread: (served) End on a sweet note with this rich and decadent dessert, combining the classic flavors of bananas foster with a moist, tender banana bread.

Perfect for recreating date night at home, impressing dinner guests, or simply expanding your culinary skills, this class will give you the tools and confidence to recreate a restaurant-worthy meal at home.  

  • Note - Tickets are sold per person, but be prepared for hands-on cooking in pairs
  • Duration - 2.5-3 hours
  • Age Requirements - 16+
