• Caprese Bruschetta: (chef pre-made) Start with a classic, creating bruschetta topped with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil.
• Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana: (hands-on) Learn to make this savory Roman dish, featuring chicken wrapped in prosciutto with fresh sage.
• Mushroom Risotto: (hands-on) Master the art of making rich and creamy risotto, loaded with earthy mushrooms.
• Lemon Ricotta Cake: (chef pre-made) Finish on a bright and zesty note with a moist lemon ricotta cake, a perfect balance of tangy and sweet.
