• Macaron Shells: (hands-on) Master the art of whipping, folding, and piping the perfect macaron batter. Learn essential techniques to achieve smooth, glossy shells with that signature ruffled “foot.”
• Filling & Assembly: (hands-on) Explore an array of delectable fillings as you sandwich your freshly baked macarons together, creating a beautiful and delicious final product.
• Chef’s Macaron Tasting: (served) Enjoy a selection of Chef Loretta’s signature macarons, showcasing a variety of flavors and textures to inspire your own creations.

Ideal for baking enthusiasts and beginners alike, this interactive class is designed for pairs, making it a perfect activity for friends, couples, or family members.
