Join us for a special celebration honoring Laine’s Bachelorette Party with a private, hands-on Italian cooking experience led by Chef Megan! In this joyful and interactive class, guests will cook in pairs to create a delicious Italian menu featuring bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and classic techniques that will transport you straight to Italy.

Menu:

• 🍅 Caprese Bruschetta (Chef-prepared) – Kick off the evening with this timeless Italian starter, topped with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil on crisp toasted bread.
• 🍗 Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana (Hands-on) – Learn to make this savory Roman classic, with tender chicken wrapped in prosciutto and sage, finished in a white wine butter sauce.
• 🍄 Mushroom Risotto (Hands-on) – Stir up the perfect creamy risotto, packed with earthy mushrooms and layered with rich Italian flavor.
• 🍫 Triple Chocolate Cheesecake (Served) – A rich and decadent finale featuring a chocolate cookie crust, velvety chocolate cheesecake filling, and a glossy dark chocolate ganache. This triple-threat dessert is smooth, indulgent, and every chocolate lover’s dream.
