• 🥐Beef Wellington: (hands-on) Learn the art of making this show-stopping dish, from the mushroom duxelle and perfectly cooked beef to the golden pastry.
• 🍄Mushroom Risotto: (hands-on) Craft a creamy, flavorful risotto that pairs beautifully with the Beef Wellington.
• 🦀Crab Cakes: (semi-hands-on) Prepare delectable, golden crab cakes with expert tips for perfect texture and flavor.
• 🥬Asparagus: (hands-on) Sauté fresh asparagus to crisp-tender perfection, adding a vibrant touch to your plate.
  
• 🍮Sticky Toffee Pudding: (demonstration) End on a sweet note with this rich and indulgent classic dessert.
