• French Onion Soup: (semi-hands-on) Master the art of slow-cooking onions to create a rich, flavorful broth topped with melted cheese and a golden, crusty crouton.
• Steak Au Poivre: (hands-on) Learn to prepare this iconic pepper-crusted steak with a luxurious pan sauce.
• Gratin Potatoes: (hands-on) Create a creamy, cheesy potato dish, the perfect comforting side.
• Asparagus: (hands-on) Sauté fresh asparagus to crisp-tender perfection, adding a vibrant touch to your plate.
• Apple Clafoutis with Rum Sauce: (demonstration) Finish the night with a decadent, baked French dessert, drizzled with a warm rum sauce.
