French Inspired Curry Blend

Born in the French Quarter of Puducherry, India. This blend contains all the flavors of a bold curry, mellowed with sweet onions, shallots, and garlic.

Main Ingredients: onions, shallots, garlic, mustard seeds, and cumin

Deliciouser with: chicken, shrimp, lamb, rice, eggs, egg salad, coconut milk, chickpeas, potatoes, roasted squash soups, cauliflower steaks

Suggested Uses:

• Season coconut milk curries with chicken, vegetables, lamb or shrimp
• Use to season roasted chicken, lamb and goat dishes
• Pairs well with lentils, beans and chickpeas
• Season roasted squash and sweet potatoes- turn them into purees and soups
• Mix with yogurt in dips and marinades
• Use with tomato sauce and cream to make butter chicken
• Add to dishes with paneer
• Add to deviled eggs for a fun twist
• Perk up your pot pie recipe
• Toss leftover shredded chicken with mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar and Vadouvan for an easy chicken salad
• Mix with hummus and enjoy on a sandwich or with crackers and veggies
• Toss cauliflower, broccoli or carrots with olive oil and Vadouvan, spread on a sheet pan and bake at 350 until tender
• Use to make curried mussels and shrimp with coconut milk
• Season green vegetables like broccoli, zucchini and spinach
