You’ll start by crafting homemade pesto and building beautiful crostini topped with mortadella and burrata—a creamy, savory bite that sets the tone for the night.

Then, dive into making a stunning Parmesan pistachio crusted chicken, paired with a bright and zesty lemon arugula salad and a flavorful pesto pistachio pasta that brings everything together on the plate. Chef-guided and hands-on, you’ll learn tips and techniques you can bring back to your own kitchen.

To finish, we’ll serve up a scoop of pistachio gelato—cool, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to your Italian feast.
