Escape to the coast of southern Italy for an evening of fresh flavors and hands-on cooking! In this summer-inspired class, you'll make a classic Caprese salad with mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and a drizzle of EVOO and balsamic, followed by a refreshing shaved fennel and citrus salad that’s as crisp as it is bright.

The star of the class is a stunning, yet simple Paccheri pasta with mussels and tomato, a light seafood dish perfect for warm-weather dining. You’ll cook side-by-side with others, learning techniques and tips along the way. To round out the experience, we’ll serve up slices of tomato focaccia and end with zeppole—fluffy Italian ricotta donuts paired with a silky crème anglaise dipping sauce.
