Join us for a private, hands-on evening of Italian cooking with Chef Megan! This exclusive class for your group of eight will transport you straight to Italy as you prepare and enjoy a delicious, chef-guided meal together. You'll cook in pairs, learn essential techniques, and savor each course as it's made—with plenty of fun along the way.

On the Menu:

• 🍅 Caprese Bruschetta (served) – Start with a classic: toasted bread topped with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil
• 🥩 Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana (hands-on) – Learn to prepare this Roman favorite featuring tender chicken, savory prosciutto, and sage
  
• 🍄 Mushroom Risotto (hands-on) – Stir your way to creamy risotto perfection with earthy mushrooms and rich flavor
  
• 🍋 Lemon Ricotta Cake (served) – End on a sweet note with this bright, moist cake full of zesty Italian charm

This 2 to 2.5-hour experience is ideal for friends, family, or colleagues looking to share a memorable night around the table.
