Nothing says cozy like the smell of warm, gooey cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven! In this hands-on baking class, you’ll learn how to make pillowy-soft cinnamon roll dough completely from scratch. Together we’ll mix, knead, and roll the dough, prepare a rich cinnamon-sugar filling, and whip up a decadent brown butter cream cheese frosting.
Each student will assemble their own batch of cinnamon rolls to take home—ready to pop in the oven whenever you’re craving a sweet treat. You’ll leave with six unbaked rolls plus all the know-how to recreate this bakery classic in your own kitchen.
Disclaimer: Students will be kneading dough by hand—be ready to roll up your sleeves and work the dough!
