Sourdough, lovingly crafted by Chef Jessica herself—a perfect balance of tart cranberries, toasted walnuts, and a soft, tangy crumb. Then, roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of sourdough baking as you learn how to build, feed, and maintain your own starter and shape beautiful artisan loaves from scratch.

To complement your bread, you’ll also make a bright, homemade Cranberry Jam—a delicious seasonal favorite that pairs perfectly with your freshly baked loaf. This class blends demonstration and hands-on learning, offering both technique and inspiration. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to refine your skills, you’ll leave with confidence (and a kitchen that smells like heaven).
