Get ready to knead, roll, boil, and bake in this hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to make classic bagels entirely from scratch! Each student will create a dozen bagels: 6 to boil and bake in class, and 6 to take home, proof, and bake fresh the next day. You’ll also whip up two delicious flavored cream cheeses—savory herb and sweet honey walnut—to pair with your warm, freshly baked bagels. Finish off your creations with toppings like flaky sea salt, sesame seeds, and everything seasoning for that bakery-style finish.

What You’ll Make:

  • 🥯Bagels from Scratch – (Hands-on) Mix, knead, shape, boil, and bake a dozen traditional bagels.
  • 🧂Toppings Bar – Hands-on) Personalize your bagels with sesame seeds, flaky sea salt, and everything seasoning.
  • 🥣Flavored Cream Cheeses – (Hands-on) Make two custom spreads: herb and honey walnut.
