Ozest is a concave speed zester that instantly cleans itself with the push of a button. Concave grater plate increases contact area for faster zesting, and guides your food down its centre for safer, more efficient strokes. 441 super fine blades are photo-etched and perfectly angled to create fluffier and more aromatic zest without the bitter pith. Protective blade cover snaps or slides on for worry-free storage, and doubles as a zest catcher, measuring up to 2 tbsp.
