Get ready for an afternoon of creativity, flavor, and hands-on breadmaking! In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to mix, knead, and shape your very own focaccia from scratch—then turn it into a beautiful edible canvas. Students will decorate a full 9×13-inch pan of focaccia using fresh, colorful vegetables to create their own cute and unique focaccia art to take home.

While your dough is bulk fermenting, you’ll learn proper knife techniques as you prep and arrange your vegetable toppings. Then you’ll switch gears and make a bright, garlicky homemade aioli before assembling a gourmet Italian-style sandwich featuring mortadella, burrata, arugula, and tomato on instructor-prepared bread. Once your focaccia goes into the oven, you’ll have time to enjoy your sandwich, shop, and relax while the magic happens.
