This hands-on, interactive class invites young chefs (ages 10+) and their special grown-up to dive into the fun of crafting their own pizza from scratch, transforming simple ingredients into an Italian-inspired feast. Together, you'll create the perfect dough and customize each creation with your favorite toppings and flavors.

• Pizza Dough: (hands-on) Learn to make the perfect pizza dough from scratch, mastering the steps to mix, knead, and rise for a perfectly chewy crust.
• Personal Pizza & Calzone: (hands-on) Shape your dough into an individual pizza and create a tasty calzone each loaded with cheese and toppings.
