Cast Iron Dutch Oven with Lid - 3.5 Qt

This 3.5 quart Cast Iron Dutch Oven’s interior is machined smooth all the way up the sides, so you can transition from searing to roasting with optimal ease. Included is a self-basting lid topped with a glistening brass knob which also fits the 9” Skillet. The handles on this gorgeous piece of functional art have been modeled after a cherry tree branch and the formed for optimal hand comfort.

• Care & Cleaning - Gently scrape off excess food with a spatula, and wipe out excess oil with a rag, rinse in warm water. Scrub if necessary. Use coarse salt to help. If necessary use a dab of soap along with a nylon brush, sponge, or scrubby cloth. Dry your pan completely. Use a towel - don’t air dry. You can heat your pan on medium-low over the stove to help it along. Immediately after your pan is dry, and while it’s still warm (not hot), add a few drops of oil and use a paper towel to lightly coat the entire interior. Work it in evenly, wipe off any excess, and let it cool before storing.
