Learn to make chicken gyros from scratch, from kneading and cooking homemade pita to searing marinated chicken and mixing creamy tzatziki. The chef will demonstrate fresh, garlicky hummus to enjoy while you cook, and you’ll finish with a slice of lemon olive oil cake.
