You'll start the evening by enjoying a warm slice of freshly baked whole wheat sourdough, crafted by Chef Jessica herself. Then, dive into the world of scratch cooking as you learn the art of sourdough bread and strawberry jam.
This class blends demonstration and hands-on learning—you'll watch and learn essential techniques for building and maintaining a sourdough starter and crafting the perfect jam, while also getting involved in key steps of bread baking and preserving. Whether you're new to sourdough or looking to build on your skills, this class offers the perfect blend of education and inspiration.
You'll go home with:
- 🥖 Your own loaf of whole wheat sourdough bread
- 🍓 A jar of homemade strawberry jam
- 🌾 A portion of Chef Jessica’s sourdough starter to keep your bread journey going
Class Details:
- 🎫 Hands-on baking class for 1 person (1 ticket = 1 seat)
