Tantanmen (Spicy) Ramen: Craft a deeply flavorful broth, fresh noodles, and savory toppings, with full control over the spice level.
Gyoza: Learn to create a traditional savory filling, expertly fold your own dumplings, and cook them to crispy perfection.
Mango Rice Pudding: Finish your meal with a creamy, tropical dessert made with coconut milk, rice, and fresh mango.
