Discover the bold and exciting flavors of Asia in our Taste of Asia - Tantanmen (Spicy) Ramen cooking class! This hands-on workshop will guide you through the art of making Tantanmen ramen, a rich and spicy dish inspired by Japanese and Chinese flavors. Whether you're new to the kitchen or a seasoned cook, Chef Megan will help you master each recipe, while allowing you to control the spice level to suit your taste—from mild to extra spicy!

  • Tantanmen (Spicy) Ramen: Craft a deeply flavorful broth, fresh noodles, and savory toppings, with full control over the spice level.
  • Gyoza: Learn to create a traditional savory filling, expertly fold your own dumplings, and cook them to crispy perfection.
  • Mango Rice Pudding: Finish your meal with a creamy, tropical dessert made with coconut milk, rice, and fresh mango.

  • Note - Be prepared for hands-on cooking in pairs.
  • Duration - 2.5-3 hours
  • Age Requirements - 16+ 
  • Includes - Soft drinks, glassware, cooking tools, and aprons will be provided
  • This is a BYOB class. Bring your favorite wine, beer or alcohol to enjoy responsibly during your experience!
