In this hands-on class, Chef TJ will guide you through the art of making Chicken Birria Tacos—tender, shredded chicken simmered in warm spices and tucked into crispy, golden tortillas. From fresh-made tortillas to sweet churros, every bite brings warmth, flavor, and tradition to the table.

Menu:

• 🍤 Shrimp Ceviche (served) – Start the evening with a bright and refreshing shrimp ceviche, bursting with citrus and fresh herbs, prepared by Chef TJ.
• 🌮 Birria Tacos (hands-on) – Learn to build and sear these flavorful tacos filled with juicy, spiced chicken birria and served with a rich, aromatic consommé.
  
• 🌽 Tortillas (hands-on) – Learn to make fresh, warm tortillas from scratch, a staple of Mexican cuisine that elevates any dish.
• 🍩 Churros with Ice Cream (served) – End the night on a sweet note as you help prepare crispy, golden churros, dusted in cinnamon sugar and served with cool, creamy ice cream.
